Beyond the technical training required for microfinance professions, employees also need to strengthen their managerial, interpersonal, and behavioral skills to better support clients, teams, and projects.<\/p>\n<p>To address these needs, Advans relies in part on the Edflex digital learning platform.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #008000\">A Learning Solution Tailored to a Group Operating Across Six Countries<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>With operations in <a href=\"https:\/\/advanscameroun.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cameroon<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advanscotedivoire.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">C\u00f4te d&#8217;Ivoire<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/advansghana.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ghana<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.advanscongo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Democratic Republic of Congo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/advanslafayette-mfb.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nigeria<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/advanstunisie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tunisia<\/a>, Advans works in diverse environments where training needs vary depending on job roles, local contexts, and levels of responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>Many employees regularly travel to remote areas and may face connectivity challenges or limited access to digital infrastructure. In this context, providing access to a flexible and accessible online learning platform is an important way to support continuous learning.<\/p>\n<p>Today, around 500 employees across the Group regularly use Edflex.
